The Duke Endowment offices are located on the 35th floor of the Bank of America Corporate Center, at the intersection of Trade and Tryon streets in the center of uptown Charlotte. Parking is available in the Corporate Center parking deck directly across College Street.
The Bank of America Corporate Center is a secured building, and visitor access to upper floors, including the Endowment offices, requires an appointment and a photo I.D. Your contact at the Endowment office can schedule your appointment, and you can clear building security at the desk on the northeast side of the elevator lobby.

From I-77 South: Take the exit for I-277 (the John Belk Freeway). Take the freeway to the College Street exit. Stay on College Street, which heads north one way, until you reach the intersection of 5th Street and College (a lot of construction around this intersection), Turn right onto 5th street. The Corporate Center parking deck will be your next right.
From I-85: Take the exit for I-77 South and travel south to I-277 (the John Belk Freeway). Take the freeway to the College Street exit. Stay on College Street, which heads north one way, until you reach the intersection of 5th Street and College (a lot of construction around this intersection), Turn right onto 5th street. The Corporate Center parking deck will be your next right.
From Airport: Take the Billy Graham Parkway North to I-85. Follow I-85 North to I-77 South. Take I-77 South to I-277 (John Belk Freeway). Stay on the beltway until you reach the College Street exit. Stay on College Street, which heads north one way, until you reach the intersection of 5th Street and College (a lot of construction around this intersection), Turn right onto 5th street. The Corporate Center parking deck will be your next right.
**Once you reach the parking deck, please follow below instructions:
You are permitted to park on any floor at any parking space that is not marked as a reserved space. After locating the parking deck elevators, choose the 3rd Level. After you come out of the elevator bank, turn right and proceed to the stairwell. You will need to go down the stairs until you reach the 2nd level. Follow instructions to Trade Street. Walk 1.5 blocks until you see the fountains at the corner of Trade and Tyron, which is the front door of the Bank of America Corporate Center. Proceed to the security check-in desk for your visitor's pass. If there should be a problem when reaching the visitors' desk, please have them call The Duke Endowment at 704.376.0291.
