

The Duke Endowment occasionally holds events related to our grantmaking and to our program area work in child care, health care, higher education and rural church. A Partnership of The Duke Endowment and Duke Divinity School, the 2010 Convocation on the Rural Church will bring together leaders from rural North Carolina churches, Duke Divinity School, The Duke Endowment, and both United Methodist Conferences in North Carolina for worship, plenary sessions, workshops, and conversation about the rural church and how it can engage in even more vibrant ministry and mission.
Because of funding from The Duke Endowment, costs for this event are kept to a minimum. The total cost per participant for the full event includes two nights lodging, meals, and program materials, and is as follows:
