Co-sponsored by the North Carolina Hospital Association, the South Carolina Hospital Association and The Duke Endowment, the 8th Annual Small and Rural Hospital Conference was held on November 11-12, 2008, at the Renaissance Charlotte Suites Hotel in Charlotte, N.C.
