Child Care — $7,517,914
The Duke Endowment's Child Care Division serves children who are without the benefit of being supported by families or who are at risk for losing such support. The Endowment's goals are to help these children reach their developmental milestones and to prepare them for adulthood.

The Duke Endowment's Health Care Division seeks to improve access to health care, improve the quality and safety of the delivery of health care and expands prevention, early intervention and wellness programs.

The Duke Endowment's Rural Church Division responds to and challenges rural churches as they seek to reach out to and serve their communities, strengthens rural churches through quality facility construction that supports congregational and outreach programs, and rewards retired United Methodist ministers and their families for service in the North Carolina and Western North Carolina conferences.
