Charisma Hibbler

2016-2018 Fellow

Charisma holds an undergraduate degree and a certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University. She served in the AmeriCorps program City Year in Baton Rouge, La., and then worked with the Duke Chapel, the Fuqua School of Business, and the Robertson Scholars Program at both Duke and UNC Chapel Hill. Prior to her Fellowship, Charisma worked in community development for the YMCA of Greater Charlotte. She is now a Senior Administrative Specialist with The Duke Endowment’s Evaluation department.
