Grant Reporting

Organizations receiving funding from The Duke Endowment have a responsibility to report back on progress and impact according to their applications, stated objectives and milestones.

Resources

To complete the reporting process, grantees will be asked to submit specific forms consistent with the terms of their grant. All grant reporting happens through our grantee portal — the same portal as used for the application process. To start or continue reporting on a grant, please use the button below to access the portal. Each grantee will use the same individual login established through the application. If you are reporting on a grant that was approved prior to 2025 and you have not created a login for the new Grantee Portal, please do so using the link sent by your program area point-of-contact.

The Duke Endowment requires that grantees use our forms and formats when submitting grant reports.
