Perkins joined the Endowment in 2006 after 12 years with Foundation For The Carolinas as Vice President of Communications. With 40 years of experience in the communications field, she has held senior positions with United Way and other nonprofits in Charleston, S.C., and Roanoke, Va. She has served on numerous boards, including the Communications Network.
