Dunham joined the Endowment in 2020 as a Program Analyst in Health Care after serving as the Greater Charlotte Market Administrative fellow for Novant Health. He was promoted to Program Officer in 2023. He has also held positions as the UNC Health Care Scholar for UNC Health, District Facilitator for the Darlington County School District, and corps member at Teach for America.
